I finally made contact with the seller on FB that had the 55 gallon metal barrel, and made the drive to Illion,NY which isn't too far away.

It never left the 20s F today so it was an Indoor day today. That was ok cause I had to clean up the house anyway and try to recover from staying up till 3 am last night. I was binge-watching a show on Netflix and got stupid about it.

I emptied out my 5 -5gallon buckets into the 55 gallon barrel today and came up with 5 gallons of sap. 5 Gallons of sap would boil down...
